Hello! This is Tim, I make games under the creator nickname Frycandle.

As an independent game developer, I value your privacy as much as I do my own. It is important to me that you are always in full control of your personal data. With this privacy policy I aim to be transparent about what data I do and do not collect, where I collect it, and how it is stored.

Do you collect any personal data in/from your games?
I do not collect or store any personal data in/from any of my games.

Do you collect any personal data elsewhere?
I collect your name and email address for my newsletter when you sign up.

Whenever you sign up for my newsletter by filling in your name and email address, I securely store this data on my server. I use this information solely for sending you newsletter emails related to my games, and I do not share this information with anyone else, under any circumstance.

The newsletter sign-up form will always come with the appropriate consent checkbox and information on what to expect from my newsletter. After signing up, you’ll receive a double opt-in confirmation email to confirm your subscription to my newsletter. If you ever wish to withdraw your consent, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email I send you. Depending on your email provider, a one-click unsubscribe link will also be included at the top of each of my newsletter emails.
