It’s a physical PDF puzzle booklet featuring a Thinky Games cameo (the organizers of the jam).

Playing with a dictionary is optional but highly recommended, you may find additional clues hidden within definitions.
Best played with pen and paper or within a PDF editor, download the black-and-white answer sheet to print and play on paper.
